There are two full baths—one on each floor. The bathroom on the upper level services the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bathroom on the lower level adjoins the bedrooms and multipurpose space.

The upper bathroom has a full shower with built in seat and hand rail. There is a linen closet and another storage area. There are also hand rails near the shower and toilet. The toilet height meets American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

 The lower level bathroom has a full-sized tub with built in hand rail and shower. It also has hand rails available in the tub as well as near the toilet. There is a towel warmer in this bathroom. The toilet also meets ADA height standards.

 Both bathrooms have large Pella screened windows that provide light and air circulation. Privacy is ensured due to the entire house’s elevation on pilings.
