This home can accommodate 2-4 bedrooms. Because there are no inside weight bearing walls, it is possible to divide space in an infinite number of ways. Consequently, the size and number of bedrooms will vary depending on where walls are located. The existing bedroom configuration is one master and one regular bedroom.

 Bedrooms are entered from a circular hallway that surrounds the center stairs. Each bedroom has two large double-paned, screened, weather-stripped clad Pella windows covered with mini-blinds. These custom windows provide water views, light, and fresh air year around.

 The master bedroom has two closets equipped with Container Store Elfa adjustable shelves and rods. A great deal of additional clothing storage is afforded by two matching wall storage units. The master bedroom has a wall fixture that holds both a small TV and VCR. There is also access to the wiring for the home’s DISH satellite system (Dish Network). The wall-to-wall carpet is a neutral color and there is a ceiling fan with a light.

  The second bedroom has a closet, gray wall-to-wall carpet, and ceiling fan with light. Also there is a long rod along one wall to display quilts, artwork, or other hanging objects.
